More than a team, A family. It hurt to see them sad afterwards, but I hope they know how proud the entire community is of them. That they saw all the younger kids looking up to them, wanting to be just like them. These Cougars were a breath of life that our program needed.

In 8 years of wrestling, I've never seen a kid try this crap in person. Let alone on my kid. Excessive pressure, yes. Sawing, sure. But never this striking/bouncing? I gotta give my son credit for not coming out swinging after that. We just went against this kid 2 weeks ago too.
