It is with a heavy heart that I share the news that long time Ottawa City Councillor Diane Deans has entered palliative care after a 5 year battle with ovarian cancer.

A week ago today, Ottawa lost an amazing, passionate & fearless women- Diane Deans. A condolence book is set up at City Hall & the Greenboro Community Centre for residents to sign. The book will be available until Thursday. ♥️♥️
