Whenever I open a casting call for a project, I refuse myself the chance to listen to the auditions until AFTER the deadline is reached and the casting call is closed. Don't know if this practice is done in the industry, but it is one I feel should be encouraged. 💜

I don't know if it's me, my set-up or anything else, but I hate feeling so demotivated to do anything VA related when this is my dream job. This is what I want to do for a living, but I can't even bring myself to record one audition most of the time. How do I stop this cycle?
