Dallas Police are investigating an officer-involved shooting in the 3200 block of Easter Avenue. Officer is in surgery, last in stable condition. Police have taken suspects in custody. Investigation ongoing. Chief Garcia is currently at Methodist Central. PIO also at hospital.
