Let's talk about choice of RSI agent in patients with sepsis. Overall, there was no difference in 28 day mortality in patients who received etomidate or ketamine for RSI. Patients who received etomidate were more likely to require vasopressors within 3 hours of RSI. Jessica Ellenburg
