Tampal-puke in Cavite? Fishermen in Cavite observed the surfacing of the flounder/flat fish, locally known as the 'tampal-puke' or 'isdang dapa'. Fisher's group Pamalakaya believes these are being driven away from the sea floor because of dredging in Manila Bay. ABS-CBN News
