‘In the heart’ - fully agree with what’s in here. However, I’d argue against that these examples are rare as stated in the article. There are plenty of community-led options, but ‘rarely’ used by a critical mass. Incentivizing and awareness are key here. blogs.lse.ac.uk/africaatlse/20…
