I saw my favorite band @Caspian in July. My mental health was a hot mess, but their music broke through the haze. This is my all-time favorite musician, Phil Jamieson, a monument to what rock & roll can be when divorced from ego and excess. Pure sweat, pure intensity, pure joy.
