As a leader at work or in your family your goal should be to catch those you lead in doing something well and acknowledge and praise them when you see it. This will encourage that good behavior to become a pattern.

It’s powerful when a leader believes in a subordinate and even more powerful when the leader verbally shares this with them.

I tried something new yesterday…Since Mondays can be a struggle sometimes I planned a hike after work. This gave me something to look forward to and was an awesome way to end the day and to start my week.
