I’ve now burned over 1-1/2 hours this week trying to get #ATT and #directTV straightened out. UGH! Compensation for my time please!

No wonder people cut the cord from #ATT and #directtv. These companies are CLUELESS. Consumers have choices now and I’m about to make mine.
