But that doesn’t make them “toxic”. I’m sick of everyone being “toxic” these days - it’s just that not everyone is insightful or introspective enough to identify certain things about themselves.

If they’re constantly overly critical of you or demonize what should be positive qualities - like the way you express joy when you’re excited about something.

Or if they try to change things about you or if their description of qualities/personalities they’re attracted to don’t align with who you are…then they’re just not the person for you. And that’s okay.
