Went out of my way to put a new air filter in my jeep because it’s due for an oil change (& air filter) and I can’t stand it when they walk out holding my air filter and try to upsell me $75+ for something I can do for $25 and 5 minutes.

Really curious to see what comes of this spring gel thing. I LOVE spring bc taste, sat well. Stopped using it end of 2022 bc price increase. Looking back I never bonked after I stoped using spring, while still using the same formula of carbs/cals per hr.
