Turns out, finding a job in healthcare during a pandemic is very, very difficult. Who would've thought?

I filled out the Latest letter to Congress about CMS cuts (not the first time Ive done this) but it IS the first time I personalized the template and it is also the first time I received a response! Im not sure what everyone else’s experience was but yay for getting a response!

Physical therapy will be a key for the recovery stages of this pandemic. PT has responded to 1918 flu epidemic, 2 WWs, polio, & need to prevent & manage chronic disease. As a profession that specializes in survivorship -- this is our next challenge. health.usnews.com/hospital-heroe…

Looking for a job right now is pretty discouraging, but trying to stay positive and hopeful that the right job will come around and lead me to serve the population that I can benefit the most at this time!

I graduated with my doctorate 80 days ago and haven't yet been able to secure a full-time job. Finding (full time) healthcare employment during a pandemic is brutal. :/

As a new grad, still looking for full time work 5 months after graduation, is really frustrating. Genuinely, I just miss working with patients 😕
