Wrapped up our last day of weigh and measures at Christanna Holsteins today, with an exceptional (and very quiet!) group of girls. Thanks Christian Droefke and Rudy!

Picked up some A2 milk at Sheldon Creek Dairy today. What a great alternative for those intolerant to milk, to still enjoy dairy products and their nutritional benefits. This jug isn’t for me - it’s for a customer of mine who ironically has trouble digesting milk!

Had a visitor during one of my appointments today. She was sporting a onesie I made as a gift to mom and dad before she made her debut a few months ago. Such a little sweetheart!

Had a great night Monday night with the Owen Sound 4H Dairy Club. A tour of Huron Bay Co-op Owen Sound feed mill, a shaker box and manure screen demonstration. The future is bright!

Spent the morning with the Chesley Huron Bay Co-op co-op student. Discussed and evaluated body condition scoring, manure scoring and screening, and shaker boxes. Great opportunity for her to see the nutrition side of dairy.

Love me some farm dogs, but I think it’s safe to say I was a pig in shit today with seven puppies and ALL the cuddles. #lovemyjob

Letting my plumber boyfriend experience a bit of the feed world. Injured my shoulder a month ago, so he’s been doing my shaker boxes for me. He’s thinking he’d like to stick to plumbing 😂

Busy grabbing samples today with my new buddy, Ron. Excited to have a co-pilot, and for him to meet all my fav farm dogs.
