Giving plasma/whole blood is always fulfilling, but finding time can be challenging. I have found going with a friend & adding giving blood to my #selfcare regime has made me prioritise getting to the #WaggaWagga Australian Red Cross blood bank. P.s - the team here is the BEST!! 🩸
