The fact that New Jersey Department of Education is requiring teachers to create 2 SGOs to prove effectiveness during an educational structure that is unlike any we have seen before shows how disconnected they are from the struggles teachers, students, and their families are facing. New Jersey

Not sure most people understand the number of high quality and hard working teachers who are truly on the verge of breakdowns due to being overworked and overwhelmed this school year.
