As someone who also works in IT, this is dumb advice. I work with PCs that constantly wake/shut down on LAN daily and they have much shorter lifespans. If leaving it on for a long period of time causes issues then there's a hardware/driver/software problem you need to address.

I work a lot of OT and go to school full time, and the stress has been eating away at me pretty badly. My stream has always been my escape from that stress. I'm so grateful for the friends that keep my anxiety at bay every time I go live. Thank you, and I love you guys a ton ♥️

I think the happiest feeling is seeing friends on twitch randomly connect with other friends on twitch. It's such a small world and seeing good people come together is unmatched.
