Thank you Kia America for giving me a tire mobility kit that didn't work, and I have to pay $200+ to replace a faulty kit. Also thank you Roadside Assistance service for canceling my son's tows, twice, and now I have to pay $300+ for a service that was supposed to cost $100.

Don't use Kia America Roadside Assistance. Apparently they can cancel your requested tow (3 times) ask you to pay over your deductible, and then force you to get your own tow and pay out of pocket twice the amount. What is the point of the service? KiA customer service sucks.
