loving the downtime of me recovering after a bike crash during race but at the same time kating kati na ako magtrain ulit

recorded my fastest bike split for olympic distance triathlon yesterday even after crashing. bike specific training block did wonders for me. Avg power is at 173W which is fairly low but goes to prove how an amazing bikefit is really effective. Off the bike run was also decent 😬
