Jeff Hilgenberg I'm around 80-85% protein/fat depending on the day.

I aim for 1.5gm of protein per pound of bodyweight. I'm currently 199 so that puts me at 300gm for the day. I take the fat that comes with that protein(steak, eggs etc) and fill in the rest with mostly fruit and veggies.

Dean Turner I get it, but as a dad of 2 teenage boys who both hit the gym, there are way way worse places and ways to have hang out sessions. The old saying applies, your the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with. Iron sharpens iron. Big fan btw👊
