Today we say goodbye to cricket at St. Helen's Ground in Swansea, as it transforms into a full-time rugby stadium. St. Helen's has always been a centre of cricketing excellence in Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏏 A ground forever etched in the history and legacy of Glamorgan County Cricket Club ❤️

A reflective Viv Richards in his final season of first-class cricket at Glamorgan. Aged 41, he bowed out on top with 1235 runs at 47.50. His last first-class innings typified his career as he thumped 83 in 61 minutes v Kent at Canterbury
