Disappointed not to be able to visit National Trust properties due to the vagaries of the booking system when there is no lack of capacity. Staff unable to help as #computersaysno It should be made clear on the information pages that booking in advance has a cut off time.

Very disappointed O2 Bought a travel bolt on but accidentally clicked on wrong zone. Wouldn’t let me change and had to pay again to get correct zone.
