An update : There is a new Xenserver Tools/Citrix VM Tools version 9.2.3 where the Time-sync issue is SOLVED. See support.citrix.com/article/CTX235… #XenServer #CitrixHypervisor . I can confirm the issue is solved. I hope this helps others strugling with this issue.
