April ends with another battery discharge record on California ISO as it goes over 7GW for the first time = 7,046 MW. Nice.

Note: two years ago on May 7, 2022 the record = 1,753 MW.

The factors contributing to coal's decline do not seem to be declining... if anything they may be accelerating.

We need to set and track progress towards big clean energy goals like this everywhere.

It helps people who adopt these technologies feel a part of a larger more powerful movement.

Steady progress in the elimination of coal in SouthWest states. A lot of this coal generatio used to go to California.

Should be almost gone by 2030.
