From my colleague Keith Goldberg: Feds Must Take LNG Rail Transport Rule Off The Tracks, DC Circ. Judges Told — Outlaw360 law360guild.org/blog/2024/9/13…
Our Children's Trust and Dan Farber, this story you gave comments for wasn’t written by a Law360Union member. We’re on a ULP strike because Law360 won’t agree to fair contract. Please don’t cross our digital picket line in the future!
We did it! After almost two years of really tough bargaining, the Law360Union got a fantastic second contract. We had to strike for a week to get it done, but we think the new deal will serve the union members of Law360 well for the next few years. Thank you for your support! ✊
An important fight at New York Mag Union!
Organizing is key to a union’s success. More than 11,000 workers have unionized with The NewsGuild-CWA local unions in the past 8 years from 200+ workplaces. We are stronger together.
The leadership of the Condé Nast and The New Yorker unions, along with the undersigned members, condemn the killing of journalists reporting on Israel’s siege of Gaza. Please read our statement in full here.
With just 26 days left until the election, we are extremely concerned that The New York Times management is leading the company down a dangerous path towards a preventable strike. We are ready to bargain, but management's team is still stalling.
I too will #BreakMyStreak today and boycott New York Times Games while the New York Times Tech Guild is on strike! #SolidarityStreak ✊
The New York Times stock today slid 7.7% in one day because management refused to follow the law and agree to a fair contract with New York Times Tech Guild. Management was warned this would happen two months ago.
Stand with us. Tell LexisNexis Legal & Professional VP Teresa Harmon you stand with the workers, and trust the journalists with collective decades of experience more than an AI. actionnetwork.org/petitions/tell…
