The V2 Mini sats seem to be collectively lowering their altitude. Jonathan McDowell is this to be expected? Trajectory is certainly uncommon when looking at other Starlink launches.

It's my last day at UCL observatory on Monday. I'm really gonna miss the place. Hopefully, I get to use some observatory telescopes again someday 🥲
