Can some please explain how ROYAL MAIL can justify charging £ 1.25 for a 1st Class Stamp (soon to increase again) and yet when I post a correctly addressed birthday card to a close friend; it takes one week to arrive? SEVEN DAYS? What sort of service is that? Shameful!
