Officially graduated yesterday with an MA in Creative Writing. It was the fulfilment of a childhood dream that was denied to me by parents & teachers who thought I should pursue a ‘proper job’. Four decades later I made my dream a reality. It’s never too late University of Hull Online
Would love to continue my studies by doing a PhD in creative writing and pursuing a career in academia University of Hull Online Chris Westoby King's College London
Never everbuy a Miller Homes house. The build quality is shockingly bad, customer services don’t care and when they do agree to fix issues it takes forever to get the work done and even then it’s delay after delay. We’ve been waiting 2 years to get things done and still no joy
Escalating our issues with Miller Homes to the New Homes Ombudsman. They have told us that Miller Homes have already broken 4 codes so we have a very strong case against them

Flew BA on June 11th from LHR to Tokyo. Paid £1071 on top of the original ticket price for 3 adults to upgrade from World Traveller to World Traveller Plus. BIG MISTAKE. British Airways continued…
We weren’t served snacks with drinks, they ran out of WT+ meals so we were told that we would have to have the WT meal which is a smaller portion size. We weren’t served tea or coffee after the meal. It took them 2 hours to clear the dirty trays away. British Airways
No crew were available in WT or WT+ because they were all helping a young woman who had a panic attack apparently. Honestly appalling service. The food we were served was inedible. Photos to follow British Airways
Served WT food because they’d run out of WT+ food despite paying £1071 in addition to the original fare to upgrade 3 adults to WT+ It was a much smaller portion size and inedible. British Airways
I’ll be submitting a formal complaint to British Airways to get a full refund but wanted to warn others about the appalling service from British Airways #britishairways
How long does it take British Airways to respond to a complaint? It’s almost 6 weeks now 🙄☹️
Update to my British Airways complaint. Despite paying £1071 to upgrade 3 seats to WT+ and being served WT food and no drinks service or crew in our cabin, British Airways have offered us a £50 e-voucher. What an insult. I will be escalating this to the British Airways ELT
