I’m with Karen Dillon, though I haven’t caught up to her reading. Just a few chapters into this incredible book by Rebecca Fogg and I’m really pulled in. I certainly have a better appreciation of the human hand. “Sensory SUVs” - that’s marvelous writing Rebecca!

I just finished #BeautifulTrauma by Rebecca Fogg and am in awe of how she survived/handled such an event, studied/learned from it, and shared it with the world through such a gripping story. Put it on top of your 📚list - you’ll fly through it, the others can wait. Penguin Random House 🐧🏠📚

As a podcaster who has done numerous episodes on the work of Dr. Clayton Christensen and his colleagues, my hat is off to Aidan McCullen The Innovation Show for his 18-episode tribute series. Marvelous work! 🙏 Below, a link to the YouTube video playlist. youtube.com/playlist?list=…

Yay! New book day. 📚 Excited about this one from Karen Dillon & Rob Cross. Starting Chapter 1 feeling like microstress not a big problem for me. But perhaps I will learn otherwise? (You say, yeah Jay keep that to yourself) I do worry about creating it for others. 😫

I LOVE this! As someone who used the excellent Roger L. Martin Playing to Win framework in my former strategy life and now use JTBD in my innovative life, I’m thrilled to see his piece connecting the two. 🎯

My wife’s book club reconvened last night for the first time since the pandemic started. They had a great book through which to reconnect - Beautiful Trauma by Rebecca Fogg Granta Books

Excellent conversation on JTBD with David Duncan. Exciting and inspiring to see an organization like LinkedIn deploy JTBD with depth and breadth.

I always enjoy hearing from the one and only Bon Ku, MD, MPP, but it’s truly delightful to hear him with the one and only Glaucomfleckens! Dr. Glaucomflecken Lady Glaucomflecken (she/her) Great stories and health care design fails.

Excellent companions for my Sunday morning walk - Kelly Leonard & Seth Godin sharing great leadership insights. “No one has to play in your orchestra” is one that really resonated. Second City Works

I like these couple of posts by Halle Tecco MBA, MPH on a wicked hard problem, and the dialogue. “And just as multiple factors got us into this mess, it will take a multifaceted approach and collective action to get us out.” 🎯💯 Behavioral, cultural, structural - it’s overwhelming.

Great evening with ProductCampRTP™, truly a pleasure to meet and spend time with Scott Burleson who facilitated an outstanding panel discussion on Customer Discovery. With a good bit of JTBD sprinkled throughout, of course. Thanks Scott!

This cannot be produced and posted fast enough! Kara Swisher has been bringing it since Friday. Her Rolodex houses Infinity Stones. (Rolodex -> Metaphor, for the kids out there)
