The MVP isn’t the best hitter award, that’s the Hank Aaron Award. The MVP should (idk why this is so hard to grasp) go to the player who is… y’know… the most VALUABLE. Cal Raleigh plays a more VALUABLE position, had a historic season and guided his team to new heights.

Sad to see the MVP award is basically just an offensive award these days. Cal Raleigh absolutely snubbed as his presence and effect on defense contributed way more to his team than Aaron Judge who had an all time offensive season. Just combine it with the Hank Aaron award
