No comp picks for the #Bears for Ian Cunningham to the #Falcons as GM. Cunningham and Chicago felt they should’ve gotten them for a minority hire but the NFL clearly feels Matt Ryan’s presence as president of football over Cunningham nixed that.

It's complete bullshit that the #Bears didn't get comp picks for Cunningham. It doesn't pass common sense test. It creates loopholes. Unintended consequences shouldn't happen w/ important rules like the Rooney rule in the #NFL. No wonder they still can't figure out what catch is
