In June of 1944, Lt. Margaret Stanfill prepares dressings in a tent at the 128th Army Evacuation Hospital near Saint-Mère-Église. 🇺🇸 Four days prior to this picture, she was the 1st nurse to wade ashore when the 128th landed on Utah Beach. 🪖 Colourised Piece of Jake on the colorization 🎨
