I hate engaging with these types of posts but either myself and ~120 ppl w #diabetes I know are ALL using our current AB plans incorrectly… or the coverage doesn’t exist. A comprehensive plan would be a huge investment into our heath infrastructure in AB.

I’ve never ever lived a slow day in my life because I’ve always equated slow with inefficient. But, lately I’ve been feeling creatively stifled, ineffective and tired. Slow days are important since they let you think without pressure offering new perspectives. 100% recommend!
