You could blame your current health on processed food, trendy diets that don't work, or say eating healthy is too expensive

OR you can take control and stop making excuses. Get out there and make yourself healthy

Can't get to the gym today so I did a little workout cycle

- 100 squats
- 25 pushups
- 25 crunches

Repeat x3

If you do something for your health and it's hard, you're doing something right.

Do it anyway

If you hate core exercises

No excuses

The best way to build muscle is to get off your butt and go to the gym

And then do it again tomorrow

There's nothing wrong with cardio

There's nothing wrong with strength training

Just make sure you don't focus 100% on one and not the other

Balance is key. Being healthier is the ultimate end goal

Need more protein?

The answer is yes
