But it's totally worth the effort in the end

Cardio is cool
Bulking and cutting are cool
Eating healthy is cool

Just make sure you don't overfocus on one and skip the others.

The goal is overall better health.

That can only be achieved with a balance.

Only you can control your health

You could blame your current health on processed food, trendy diets that don't work, or say eating healthy is too expensive

OR you can take control and stop making excuses. Get out there and make yourself healthy

Pace doesn't matter. It's how much effort you put into it

There's nothing wrong with cardio

There's nothing wrong with strength training

Just make sure you don't focus 100% on one and not the other

Balance is key. Being healthier is the ultimate end goal

Need more protein?

The answer is yes

And here's how:

- eggs for breakfast
- ground turkey for lunch
- chicken/beef for dinner
- protein shake

This is my basic framework for my meals. It varies slightly, but good luck NOT getting enough protein with this meal plan
