Super excited to see my most recent work (and first paper!) from the Kapoor Lab online J. Am. Chem. Soc.! By taking advantage of electrophilic 'scout fragments', we identify allosteric inhibitors of helicases, enzymes that have been challenging to target. pubs.acs.org/doi/epdf/10.10…
