This use case is one of the main reasons I got into the industry. Tokenizing and trading real world assets on-chain is a viable path for blockchain improving global finance.

I bet Elon got to DC, asked where all the money was going, and nobody could answer. So he asks how payments are made and it turns out one department does them all. Obviously he’s like, “great, there, I want to go there.” What’s crazy is no previous admin *even thought to ask*

biggest risk to crypto’s success long-term is giving more power to short-term grifters. the issue for normie influencers and politicians is that they’re by far the easiest target. this is why we see so many grifty teams around them, making them launch extractive memecoins, etc.

easy enough for finance bros to build million dollar ponzis but also interesting enough to attract the assembly chads who keep the industry from becoming a complete cesspool 🫡

One of the reasons why we had some of the lowest turnover at Kwenta (2y+ avg) is actually a recruiting tactic used by generals for thousands of years. It's not about hiring the most qualified person for the job, but hiring the one that wants it more than anyone else. Remember

Let’s recap: SBF stole customer funds from his exchange, made a mockery of the industry and set legislation back by years, and left a trail of despair in his wake. Things are optimistic now, because hard times made strong men/women, who stuck around against all odds. gm

In 10 years, many more people will use crypto, but they may not know they're using crypto. They only need to feel the benefits, not understand the systems behind it. The best tech is often invisible.

The MDs at JPMorgan who taught me options trading are now texting me asking about stablecoins. You aren’t bullish enough.

Pretty incredible this is possible. At the same time it’s also kinda sad. First app I got on the App Store felt like such a massive achievement. Tons of hours poured into every detail. I wonder if the next generation of devs will ever experience the same pain + gratification.
