Today I got my teeth cleaned, while listening to the new to me dental hygienist small talk about getting everything ready to move. Part of me was glad I didn’t have to respond because her hands were in my mouth, but on the other hand it’s like I felt obligated to respond. 🙄

Went through what would have been a nightmare at work pre-diagnosis in the last week. Slightly related but also not, my regular ADHD psych appointment is tomorrow so hopefully if I need a meds adjustment that might happen, idk.

Thankful for a psychiatrist who has been pushing for me to stay home since literally the day my office closed. It kind of helped me mentally prepare a little bit more for what we have been dealing with.

1/ 8 CW: Weight loss

Weekends throw my whole routine off, because I have to create my own structure for two whole days and time blindness is a bitch.

Off day. Took my Concerta at 7am instead of 5. It’s 1:30 & I’m still in bed. So now I’m like do I need this, or is it depression? Or it’s just cold & I’m warm & snuggly under my weighted blanket? All of the above? Cool.

I have accidentally stumbled into Squishmallow TikTok & I’m low key terrified. Like, is this basically Ty Beanie Babies on steroids? People have entire rooms filled with these things.

#neurodiversesquad Do you ever go through phases of hyperfixations on certain foods? In the last year mine have been things such as white cheddar popcorn, frozen yogurt, dried mango, sweet plantain chips, and probably other things I’m not remembering right now.

Wow, I’m terrible at using this account, but I’m just now getting back into using Twitter in general after a few months of moving across the country and resettling. On that note, does anyone know a good ADHD Psychiatrist in the Los Angeles/Pasadena area? #askingADHD
