Early childhood trauma is the worst because little ones have nowhere to run. Children depend on the adults around them for survival. If those adults are abusive or neglectful, children respond by developing trauma survival strategies that can affect them for their entire lives.

Children are so precious. It's heart-breaking to see so many of them still suffering today and we need to change that, children should only be children. We must remember to keep children in our thoughts and prayers, the children we do know and even those we don't. Lorna
