Looking for testers - Simple Org Chart (the easiest way to create org charts in your company, directly from Slack). Would appreciate it as we need to get 10 installs to be able to publish to the Slack marketplace. #buildinpublic simpleorgchart.com

I've got multiple products on Paddle and they allow only one webhook URL for notifications. Is there a way to set different URL it per each product? It would be much more convenient.

✨ Total costs for all my non-AI sites are now at a new low of $979/mo, so finally sub $1K/mo! And a very nice >99% profit margin So for every $1 I make, I now take home $0.99 (pre tax) I know the tendency in startups (especially if you're VC funded) is to splurge and spend

On Christmas Eve 2019, Michael Seibel, then CEO of YC, called me: “You might not be cut out to be a founder.” He was right. We had pivoted 20 times. I thought I could always return to my 7-figure quant job. That night, I realized: you commit or you quit. Fast forward: Motion

When Chander joined Motion 3.5 years ago to lead engineering, we both thought he'd quit by now - he'd always wanted to start his own startup. But today, Motion is his own startup, as a co-founder. This was not a light decision - the bar we have for any team member is

When we were at $15M ARR, Michael Seibel told us we were f*cked. No path to $1B ARR. We weren't delivering enough value to customers. Motion was just a “very nice to have.” Here’s what we did about it.

It is time to say goodbye. At the peak our TypeScript monorepo was ~2.5 million lines of code (excluding comments, node_modules, etc.). This is not a post hating on TypeScript though. Motion would likely not have survived until today without it. We have pivoted 20x times 😂.
