Having just onboarded 2 developers (for Stagetimer and for Rundown Studio) I can say this:

Handing off a big task to another capable developer feels like magic!

Now I can release features AND finally tick off things from all the other todo-lists. After 3 years alone, bliss!!💆‍♂️

I believe customer service is one of your most important functions as a business. It's how you feel the pulse of your product. I would never replace it with AI and only very carefully outsource it.
