Loved our first Sunday at St Michael’s Chester Square, meeting so many amazing people ranging from those who’ve been here for many decades to others also here for the first time. So excited for this new chapter in Chester Square. instagram.com/reel/DHRZGplu_… London Diocese

A new chapter in Chester Square as we say ‘Yes, Lord, walking in the ways of your laws, we wait for you.’ (Isaiah 26:8,12) Join us this Sunday at 9 or 11 as we continue to look at the future of St Michael’s Chester Square.

'The Christian faith, while commending us to be outward-focused, does more than polyphonic films. It says that each of us are worthy of our own 'cinematic events'.' Really enjoyed this from Jamie Mulvaney Seen and Unseen seenandunseen.com/love-all-you-n… #film #faith #cinema #TheBeatles

‘Tenebrae’ comes from the Latin for shadows and dates back to the fourth century. This evening we held before us the betrayal, loneliness and pain of Jesus’ last hours through readings, silence and reflective musical pieces. Seven candles were extinguished, ending in darkness.

‘Christ is risen! These words capture the whole meaning of our existence, for we were not made for death but for life. Easter is the celebration of life!’ — Pope Francis, Easter Sunday 2025. Not made for death, but for life.

We’re recruiting an Associate Vicar for St Michael's Chester Square. It’s a highly strategic role in our ‘glocal’ location at a key time to make a significant impact and grow as a leader. Please do share if you know someone who would be interested! stmichaelschestersquare.org/job-opportunit…
