I messed up and got myself in a situation where I was pushed to my physical limit over the span of a few hours. Things are pretty bleak. It's likely we'll be starting VSED in a week or two. Going to consult with my death doula tomorrow.

We're close to the end. Bladder doesn't work and kidneys have stopped filtering. Doctor is trying a med to trick the kidneys to work, as they don't seem damaged. I think my body is just too tired. Still don't have the vitals for hospice.
