Wow. After a 10k mile trip across SEAsia, I left a bag of gifts and my watch in an overhead bin on an americanair flight. After countless forms and calls I went back to the airport and a gate agent finally confirmed that another employee probably just took the stuff. Classy!

Part 2/2 - in the last 12 mos I had business trips to the UK, across Europe and Scandinavia, and around Southeast Asia (not to mention domestic flights) and I’m still short of preferred status. Loving the new system americanair. Loyalty doesn’t payoff after all.

3/3 And now for the trifecta with americanair my luggage is lost. Amazing. 10,000’s of thousands of dollars this year. Just horrible.

Just had a punchline of a customer service experience with Best Buy. I’m sorry Amazon for trying to take my online shopping somewhere else. I won’t make that mistake again.
