All I have to say for this season is that I’m grateful on where I’m at now. After constant injury’s past few years to having an indoor record being all conference,Seconal champ, and a state qualifier, Sadly state didn’t go as how I planned it but I’ll be back next year.

Randolph Ross 🇺🇸 returns back to track after serving a 3-year ban! The 24-year-old won NCAA 400m titles in 2021 and 2022 and was banned for whereabouts failure and tampering, just before the 2022 World Championships in Eugene where he was due to compete. He ran 45.41s to finish
