President Trump (at sentencing in NY case): “I would just like to explain that I was treated very unfairly, and I thank you very much.” No lies detected.

"We live in a world of miracles. None of us knows God’s plan, or where life’s adventure will take us. But if the events [in Butler, Pennsylvania,] make anything clear, it is that every single moment we have on earth is a gift from God." --President Donald J. Trump, RNC Acceptance

A minor federal judge, hoping for 15 minutes of fame, has no constitutional authority to manage the executive branch in place of the elected President of the United States. It is time for the SCOTUS to end this clear abuse of power.

Thank God for Judge VanDyke! There is no government "of the people, by the people, and for the people" unless the people are entrusted with their own security. A government that fears the arming of its citizens rules by a superiority of power, not by consent of the governed.

"The Congress, the Executive, and the Court must each for itself be guided by its own opinion of the Constitution. Each public officer who takes an oath to support the Constitution swears that he will support it as he understands it, and not as it is understood by others."

Dear Ninth Circuit: The 2nd Amend. covers a lot more than high-capacity magazines! A government monopoly on military and police power is the very definition of despotism. People who imagine they can delegate their security to a corruptible government will be slaves, not free.

If you're unsure about the scope of the Second Amendment, I recommend you read about the Haganah and the failure of governments to ensure the safety of Jews during the Palestine Mandate period.

The first two amendments to the U.S. Constitution come down to three words: "WE THE PEOPLE." We the people ARE SOVEREIGN. We are free to deliberate among ourselves (1st A), to assemble in conventions to reform our government (1st A), and to provide for our own security (2nd A).
