The TVET Sub Sector Retreat (16-18 Jan) is ongoing in Musanze and today, our first day is vibrant, interactive and discussions are frank with constructive criticism and reflection on successes and challenges. The stakeholders are very well represented which is very encouraging.

I am a DHL Express customer and have usually got excellent service, and parcels delivered to my door. Last evng I got a call from DHL agent here in Kigali saying to go to their office, pay 18,000 frw and then drive to the airport customs and pick up the parcel myself. Surprised!!
