Useless British Airways ‘Customer Service’ experience at Gate 24b LHR this AM on BA762 to Oslo. One of our two small wheeled bags checked in because “ALL wheeled bags are being checked in due to busy flight”. Clearly NOT the case! Loads of customers carrying on. Why lie?! 😡😱

What a total shambles from British Airways! Arrived in Torp (having been to Gothenburg en route), no information from ground crew, and bags not here either as no baggage staff! 😡 And all because your gate staff decided we had to check in our hand luggage!

Still no sign of our bags after the British Airways debacle yesterday. Why on earth did the Operations team choose to fly onward from Gothenburg when they should have known Torp can’t unload an A320?! Weekend away ruined by BA incompetence 😡

Customer Service for O2 is so hard to speak to! I called this morning, answered my security question, and got through to someone… The line quality was so bad they hung up! When I tried again, the same security answer didn’t work! Now the IVR tells me to wait 30 mins… Why?! 😡

Whilst it’s great I can return empty PerfectDraft UK kegs to my local Majestic store, it’s a shame that the credits can only be used against a purchase in store, and beer tokens for an in-store keg purchases can’t be collected on my account… 🍻 Any chance of that changing?
