The work started in 2014 comes to fruition. First, decrease intubation in DR with effective PPV, then Optimize CPAP in the NICU and lastly, LISA. OPTISURF works. Only possible because of great team work -Golden Hour, resuscitation team, CPAP committees of Parkland. Jaleel Mambarambath
