Bath Road. A carwash. Proposal: 32 apartments, 5 storeys. Objection: Despite objecting to the earlier 9 storey proposals for 54 apartments, the Soc ojects to the revised plan for shorter buildings citing the dark materials would ruin the street scene, and 5 storeys is too tall.
