Can any of my fellow German historians help me with this signature? It is the signature of Gruppenführer SA-Gruppe Ostland in 1934. It could potentially be Heinrich Schoene, but I am unsure. Any thoughts?

2 February 1943 | A transport of 1,001 Jews deported from the #Theresienstadt ghetto arrived at #Auschwitz. After selection made by SS doctors, 155 men & 63 women were registered in the camp. The remaining 783 people were murdered in gas chambers.

Does one need to obtain permission from all living descendants before writing, and potentially publishing, the history of an individual who was a Nazi official? Or at least be able to demonstrate an attempt was made? Can anyone point me in right direction?
